Mason had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the San Saba Armadillos as they made off with a 23-3 win. This was payback for the Punchers, who suffered a 24-9 loss the last time these two teams met.

Mason's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for San Saba, their defeat was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-16.

Mason will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Armadillos: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
