Baseball Recap: Pacheco Comes Up Short

Pacheco came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the St. Francis Sharks, falling 12-2.

Pacheco saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tucker Kim, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Kim also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Pacheco now has a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Pacheco will venture away from home to face off against Stagg at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Stagg will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Pacheco surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Francis, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Scotts Valley at 3:30 p.m.
