Flag Football Game Preview: Kennedy Cougars vs. Sherman Oaks CES Knights + How To Watch

The Kennedy Cougars will take on the Sherman Oaks CES Knights at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Kennedy hasn't scored more than 12 points for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Kennedy came up short against Panorama on Friday, falling 26-6. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 379th, while the Pythons are ranked 74th).

Meanwhile, Sherman Oaks CES fell victim to Birmingham and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They took a 6-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. The game marked the first time this season in which the Knights were not able to get on the board.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Sherman Oaks CES, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.

Kennedy couldn't quite get it done against Sherman Oaks CES in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 as they fell 20-10. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
