Volleyball Recap: Carver Takes a Loss

Carver lost against Simeon back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Challengers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Wolverines, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Challengers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Carver was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-22.

Carver now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Simeon, they moved to 5-4 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carver will host Tilden at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Simeon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Perspectives-IIT/Joslin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
