Chelsea not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 15, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Jackson Vikings with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won six in a row.

Chelsea's got stronger as the match went on, holding Jackson to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-12, 25-11.

Melayna Minyard paced Chelsea's offense, picking up 16 kills. Minyard got some help from Lexi Cummer and her 35 assists. Cummer also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kiley Ellis, racking up two apiece.

Chelsea's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Jackson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
