Basketball Recap: Algonac Comes Up Short

Algonac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 73-66 to the Capac Chiefs. The Muskrats lost against the Chiefs in their previous head to head back in February of 2018, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 64-33 score last time.

Algonac's record is now 3-8. As for Capac, their win bumped their record up to 3-7.

Algonac will venture away from home to challenge Almont at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Capac has already played their next matchup (against Sandusky), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
