Marsing and McCall-Donnelly are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Marsing Huskies will welcome the McCall-Donnelly Vandals at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Marsing will be strutting in after a win while McCall-Donnelly will be coming in after a loss.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Huskies on Friday. Marsing walked away with a 7-3 victory over North Star. The win continues a trend for Marsing in their matchups with North Star: they've now won six in a row.

Marsing let Dylan Arnold and Dresden Wood run wild. Arnold scored a run while going 2-for-2, while Wood scored a run and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, McCall-Donnelly had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 27-1 to Homedale. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 14 in a row.

McCall-Donnelly saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cody Howard, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Marsing took their victory against McCall-Donnelly in their previous matchup back in March of 2022 by a conclusive 15-7. Does Marsing have another victory up their sleeve, or will McCall-Donnelly turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
