Volleyball Game Preview: Clear Fork Colts vs. West Holmes Knights

The Clear Fork Colts will face off against the West Holmes Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Holmes took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Clear Fork, who comes in off a win.

Clear Fork will bounce into Thursday's match after beating Galion, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Colts were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-16.

Clear Fork found their leader in freshman Brinly Epneris, who had 22 assists and 11 digs.

Clear Fork was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. They are 3-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Meanwhile, West Holmes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Wooster, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-6, 25-3, 25-10.

West Holmes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Clear Fork, their win ended a six-match drought at home and bumped them up to 6-15.
