Volleyball Recap: Waukegan Takes a Loss

Waukegan lost against Regina Dominican back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Panthers.

Hadassah Brown paced Waukegan's offense, picking up six kills. Brown got some help from Happy Nguyen and her nine assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Waukegan has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-17 record this season. As for Regina Dominican, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

Coincidentally, Waukegan and Regina Dominican will both be playing Lake Forest Academy the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Caxys at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
