Soccer Game Preview: Poly vs. Valley View

For the first time this season, Poly will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They and the Valley View Eagles will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Poly has given up an average of 3.7 goals per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Poly came up short against Ramona and fell 5-3.

Meanwhile, Valley View's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They never let Hemet get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Valley View haven't had any issues with Hemet recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Valley View's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Poly, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.
