Basketball Recap: Davis' Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Davis was the 60-45 winner over Wayne when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Davis Wolves fell to the Wayne Bulldogs 52-47. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Davis' defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-6. As for Wayne, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Davis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 50-28 victory against Coalgate on the 17th. Wayne has also already played their next contest, a 64-54 loss against Stratford on the 17th.
