While Tuesday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Kaliyha Finley-Gray. She wasn't messing around on Tuesday, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her fifth straight with six or more strikeouts.

Looking ahead, Finley-Gray and Overton will head out on the road to square off against Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
