Travis Hank in the quarter.
Steinmetz's only touchdown came on a run in the fourth quarter.
The Silver Streaks came in allowing just 16.8 points per game this season. Steinmetz struggled against Whitney Young's offense, who entered the game scoring 37.6 points per game. Whitney Young had given up an average of 1.2 points prior to the contest. Steinmetz's six points were below its season average of 12.2 per game.
The defeat comes as a step back for Steinmetz, who notched a 40-8 victory over Lincoln Park in its previous outing.
Steinmetz (3-3) will play a Chicago Public - Big Shoulders game against Roosevelt next week, while Whitney Young (6-0) will take on Amundsen also in a Chicago Public - Big Shoulders game.
