Basketball Recap: Grants Pass Falls Short of Southridge in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Grants Pass can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 72-43 loss at the hands of the Southridge Skyhawks. While losing is never fun, the Cavemen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 90th, while the Skyhawks are ranked seventh).

Grants Pass' defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Southridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-5.

As of now, neither Grants Pass nor Southridge have any future games scheduled.
