Alvarado waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wyatt Chaparrals.

Leann Bjork paced Alvarado's offense, picking up six kills. Bjork got some help from Kaetyn Hazard and her 12 assists. Madison Kingsley controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Alvarado's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Wyatt, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Alvarado didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against North Side on the 16th. As for Wyatt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Carter-Riverside on the 21st.
