Football Recap: Clinton-Massie Beats Goshen for Their Fifth Straight Win

Clinton-Massie won against Wilmington last Friday with 38 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Falcons blew past the Goshen Warriors 38-13. Considering the Falcons have won six contests by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Clinton-Massie's fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.8 points on average over those games. As for Goshen, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.

Clinton-Massie wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 38-7 victory against Wilmington on the 10th. As for Goshen, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Western Brown at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
