University Prep and Lutheran pushed the score to 38-21 the last time they played Lutheran, but on Saturday defenses reigned supreme. The Panthers' defense stepped up to hand the Warriors a 16-0 shutout. Looking ahead, University Prep will venture away from home to take on Lincoln-King Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lutheran, they will host Annapolis at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will be up against the Cougars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 48.38 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
