Soccer Game Preview: Westwood vs. Diboll

Westwood is 2-8 against Diboll since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Westwood Panthers will head out on the road to square off against the Diboll Lumberjacks at 6:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Westwood fell victim to Hudson and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 8-0 to the Hornets. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Diboll also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Hudson on Tuesday, falling 6-0. The Lumberjacks haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Westwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Diboll, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
