Soccer Recap: Porter Takes a Loss

After flying high against Keys last Monday, Porter came back down to earth. The Pirates fell just short of the Cleveland Tigers by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Porter's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Cleveland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Porter is set to take on their familiar foe Commerce at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Cleveland will challenge rival Verdigris at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
