It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Torres can now relate to. They fell 5-2 to the Stevenson Pirates on Tuesday. The Toros' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Torres saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alonzo Del Toro, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one double. That hit was Del Toro's first of the season.

Torres' defeat dropped their record down to 13-18. As for Stevenson, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-8.

Torres does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Stevenson, they have already played their next contest, a 6-0 victory against Lincoln on the 5th.
