ConVal had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Manchester West Blue Knights 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

ConVal's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Manchester West, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, ConVal will welcome Fall Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Manchester West, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Pelham on the 15th.
