Simmons has gone a perfect 10-0 against Leflore County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will face off against the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. Simmons will be strutting in after a win while Leflore County will be coming in after a loss.

Despite the loss, Leflore County saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Camreyn Whigham posted nine points. Whigham also set a new season-high mark in three-point shooting accuracy with 75%. Olivia Hilton also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

Leflore County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Simmons, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Everything came up roses for Simmons against Leflore County in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 60-26 win. In that game, the Blue Devils amassed a halftime lead of 41-20, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
