Matthew Edgington, Salida's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Tuesday. Florence had no answer to Edgington as he scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3. Edgington has become a key player for Salida: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-8 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Edgington and Salida will face off against Manitou Springs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The last time these two faced off, Edgington and Co. were forced to settle for a 9-7 loss. If he drops another game like that, the outcome could be different this time around. Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
