Recap: Irondequoit Eagles vs. Brighton Bruins
The Irondequoit Eagles lost against the Brighton Bruins last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Irondequoit fell just short of Brighton by a score of 15-13. Irondequoit has struggled against Brighton recently, as their match on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Isaiah Ballard and Jordan Nolan certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Ballard gained 108 total yards and a touchdown, while Nolan rushed for 45 yards and a touchdown.
Irondequoit's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Brighton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Irondequoit does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Brighton will face off against Victor at TBD on Friday. Victor will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.
