Warner Christian Academy has gone a perfect 4-0 against Calvary Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Baer Lampe and Logan Foglio were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing, Lampe tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Foglio didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances. At bat, Lampe scored three runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Foglio scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Lampe also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Luke Colonno was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Colonno is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Lucas Veit was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Calvary Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .579. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.

Calvary Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Warner Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Warner Christian Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Calvary Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2022, sneaking past 6-5.
