Volleyball Recap: Rocklin Gets the Win

Rocklin saw some tournament action on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Grant Pacers.

Among those leading the charge was Donovan Kuwazaki, who had 13 digs and one assist. Shane Nelson also deserves some recognition as he had his first kill of the season.

Rocklin was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in April of 2024.

Rocklin's record is now 3-7. As for Grant, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

Coincidentally, Rocklin and Grant will both be playing Franklin the next time they take the court. Grant will head out to face Franklin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Rocklin will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
