Volleyball Recap: Gateway Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Gateway was the 3-2 winner over International when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Gators fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Gateway actually scored more points across those five sets (99-95), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-18, 25-23, 15-25, 15-8.

Gateway's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-5. As for International, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Gateway will take on San Francisco Waldorf at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. International has already played their next matchup (against Redwood Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
