Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Wink). They breezed by the McCamey Badgers to the tune of  75-31 on Friday. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11  games by 20  points or more this season.
Wink got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Adelynn Thompson out in front who  went 12 for 23  on her way to 28  points and six  rebounds. The dominant performance gave  Thompson a new career-high in  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aizlyn Dewberry, who  dropped  a triple-double on 12 points, 13  rebounds,  and ten  assists.
 Wink was working as a unit and  finished the game with 26  assists. That's the most  assists they've managed all season.
Wink has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 12 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record  this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 56.9 points per game. As for McCamey,  with the  loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-7.
 Wink will host Fort Hancock  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Wink is facing Fort Hancock at the right time seeing as Fort Hancock is stuck on  a  16-game losing streak. As for McCamey, they will head out to  take on Van Horn  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
