Softball Recap: Dunkerton Takes a Loss

Dunkerton fell victim to Riceville and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to the Wildcats. The loss continues a trend for the Raiders in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost four in a row.

Dunkerton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Riceville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Dunkerton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-0 loss against Don Bosco on the 30th. As for Riceville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 10-2 victory against North Fayette Valley on the 29th.
