Orofino has gone a perfect 10-0 against Kellogg recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Maniacs will head out on the road to take on the Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Orofino and six for Kellogg.

Orofino came up short against Timberlake on Wednesday, falling 12-1.

Orofino saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Reece Deyo, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Grangeville hit Kellogg with a seven-run third inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Wildcats lost 12-2 to the Bulldogs.

Orofino's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Kellogg, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.

Orofino took their victory against Kellogg in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 14-4 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Maniacs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
