Basketball Recap: Wade Hampton Comes Up Short at Home Against Mauldin

Wade Hampton unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 79-57 to the Mauldin Mavericks on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 15 in a row.

Looking ahead, Wade Hampton will be taking part in a tournament against Fountain Inn at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mauldin, they will take on Laurens in a tournament on Monday.
