Softball Preview: Adena Warriors vs. Piketon Redstreaks
Adena is 4-0 against Piketon since April of 2022, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Adena Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Piketon Redstreaks at 5:15 p.m. Adena is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

Meanwhile, Piketon fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against McClain on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 13-12. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (11), Piketon still had to take the loss.
Jaylin Forbes led a balanced group of hitters, going 2-for-5 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Aubrey Heath, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5.
