Volleyball Recap: Fideles Christian's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Fideles Christian was the 2-0 winner over The Habersham School when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Rangers fell 2-0 to the Patriots on Saturday. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Rangers were not able to get on the board.

Kathryn Yastro paced Fideles Christian's offense, picking up eight kills. Yastro got some help from Gabrels Cromer and her nine assists. Finally, Amelie Boozer kept Fideles Christian's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Having lost for the first time this season, Fideles Christian fell to 4-1. As for The Habersham School, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fideles Christian will take on Cherokee Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for The Habersham School, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Effingham County at 4:30 p.m.
