Soccer Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Kennedy Fighting Irish didn't have quite enough to beat the Samueli Academy Firewolves and fell 2-1. The Fighting Irish have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Owen Santizo, who's now up to 13 this season.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Samueli Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-5-3.

Kennedy has already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Westminster on the 22nd. As for Samueli Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 0-0 draw against Fairmont Prep on the 21st.
