St. John's added to the longest winning streak in A Region VI this week by beating Military Magnet Academy, 30-8. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Islanders.

Lincoln lost to Cross 56-8 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Baptist Hill's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Bobcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Troy Harrison has thrown for 1,584 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while De'Angelo Frasier has 34 catches for 560 yards.

The Trojans' offense has recorded 270 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while Baptist Hill has permitted only 138 on the year.

One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when the Bobcats and Cross face off next week.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Baptist Hill takes on Shaun wright's team. As it stands, Marion Brown's team is in second, while the Trojans are in third.

There should be lots of points scored when the Bobcats and Cross face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Baptist Hill comes in having scored 147 this season, while the Trojans have scored 270.

Cross led A Region VI in scoring this week after putting up 56 points on the Yellowjackets. Jamar Matthews threw for 99 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 39 yards in the win.
