Baseball Recap: Regents Starts off Right with Win over Water Valley

Regents had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Water Valley Blue Devils by a score of 9-5 on Friday.

Water Valley is on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Lions duke it out with the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Water Valley, they will face off against Houston at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
