Del Norte entered their tilt with Fortuna on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Huskies 15-3. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won seven matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Aidan Rice made a splash while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted three strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with four runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Saxon Taylor, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Anthony Cardenas was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and three runs.

Del Norte's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-5-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Fortuna, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.
