Basketball Game Preview: Choctaw County Tigers vs. Linden Patriots

The Choctaw County Tigers will take on the Linden Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, Choctaw County lost to Linden on the road by a 50-33 margin.

Despite the defeat, Choctaw County had strong showings from Nehemiah Adams, who posted eight points along with nine rebounds and four steals, and Jarrod Chaney, who put up eight points in addition to six boards and three steals. Chaney has been hot, having posted three or more steals the last five times he's played.

Linden's victory ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-3. As for Choctaw County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
