Basketball Recap: New Hope Christian Comes Up Short

New Hope Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 70-46 to the Elkton Elks. The Warriors were probably out for revenge after losing 51-22 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

New Hope Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Elkton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

New Hope Christian has already played their next game, a 51-31 victory against Milo Adventist Academy on the 14th. As for Elkton, they will square off against Glendale at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
