Basketball Recap: Biloxi Wins Going Away Against Brandon

Biloxi extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Brandon. They enjoyed a cozy 48-29 victory over the Brandon Bulldogs. The win continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Zaniya Johnson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with 26 points and 12 boards. That's the most points she has posted since back in January of 2024. Na'Kenya Terry was another key player, putting up four points along with ten rebounds and seven steals.

Biloxi's victory bumped their record up to 30-1. As for Brandon, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

Looking ahead, Biloxi will face off against Starkville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Starkville will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Biloxi surely won't give up without a fight. Brandon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
