Football Recap: Lake Region Starts off Right with Win over Ellsworth

Lake Region took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Ellsworth Eagles 50-14.

Coming up, Lake Region will square off against Mount Desert Island at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ellsworth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Houlton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season.
