Immaculata-La Salle entered their tilt with Florida Christian on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Florida Christian Patriots, posting a 51-15 victory. Given the Royal Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while the Patriots are ranked 457th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Immaculata-La Salle to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alexandra Gonzalez Casar, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Peilin Aguilar-Hou, who posted 12 points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Immaculata-La Salle was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Florida Christian only posted three assists.

Florida Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Karla Reyes, who had two points.

Immaculata-La Salle's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 15.7 points per game. As for Florida Christian, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-7.

Immaculata-La Salle has already played their next matchup, a 50-48 defeat against Marathon on the 9th. As for Florida Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 38-29 loss against Divine Savior Academy on the 16th.
