 San Lorenzo came into Wednesday's   contest having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the Tennyson Lancers onto the board and left with  an   18-0  win  on Wednesday. San Lorenzo's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
  Rogelio Hernandez made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. Hernandez was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Marco Nunez and  Isac Mendoza did most of the damage at the plate:  Nunez  went 3-for-4 with four  runs, two  triples,  and five  RBI, while  Mendoza  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, two  stolen bases,  and five  RBI.  Leober Pena was another key contributor,  going 3-for-4 with a  stolen base and two  RBI.
 San Lorenzo's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Tennyson, they dropped their record down to 2-10-1 with that  defeat, which was their seventh straight  on the road.
 San Lorenzo will have a chance to go back-to-back against Tennyson: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday.
