Port Charlotte managed to keep up with Imagine School at North Port until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Port Charlotte Pirates lost 4-0 to the Imagine School at North Port Sharks. The defeat continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Sharks: they've now lost four in a row.

Port Charlotte's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Imagine School at North Port, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Port Charlotte and Charlotte will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Imagine School at North Port will take on Hardee in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
