Emmonak won the last time they faced Kotlik and things went their way on Friday too. The Huskies enjoyed a cozy 63-47 win over the Falcons. The victory was some much needed relief for the Huskies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Despite the loss, Kotlik still got an impressive performance from Princess Matthias, who posted 25 points. That was a full 53.2% of the Falcons' points, marking the sixth time in a row Matthias has had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie Mike, who earned six points.

Emmonak now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Kotlik, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Emmonak wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 46-37 loss against St. Mary's on the 28th. Kotlik does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
