On Tuesday, Cody faced Lovell in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Cody Broncs blew past the Lovell Bulldogs 49-20. The Broncs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 23 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Cody's third in a row) raised their record to 8-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Lovell, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cody will face off against Powell at 4:30 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Lovell, they will square off against Worland at 4:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Lovell is facing Worland at the right time seeing as Worland is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
