Basketball Game Preview: Flandreau Fliers vs. West Central Trojans

The Flandreau Fliers will take on the West Central Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Flandreau sitting on four straight wins and West Central on three.

Last Tuesday, Flandreau earned a 58-47 victory over Garretson.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Central). They claimed a resounding 77-28 win over Parker. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 20 points or more this season.

Flandreau has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.1 points per game. As for West Central, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
