Football Recap: Cedar Ridge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cedar Ridge extended their losing streak to eight on Friday, dropping them down to 1-9. They were beaten by the Orange Panthers 50-0. If the Fighting Red Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 54-0 to the Panthers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Orange, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-7. That 50 point margin sets a new team best for them this season.

Orange found their leader in sophomore Markus Thomas, who rushed for 156 yards and two scores while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. Thomas has become a key player for the Panthers: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Kayden Bradsher, who rushed for 67 yards and one TD on only nine carries.

As of now, neither Cedar Ridge nor Orange have any future games scheduled.
