Volleyball Recap: False River Comes Up Short

False River lost against Liberty Magnet back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Gators came up short against the Patriots, falling 3-0. The Gators just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

False River's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Liberty Magnet, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-21.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. False River will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Slaughter Community Charter at 5:00 p.m. on the 20th. As for Liberty Magnet, they will take on Zachary at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Patriots' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
