Softball Recap: Baltic Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Tuesday. Baltic came up short against Madison, falling 17-2. Baltic just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.

Finley Kortemeyer made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

Baltic's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Madison, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Looking ahead, Baltic will face off against Florence/Henry at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Madison, they will venture away from home to square off against Sioux Falls Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
